List of requirements and documentation needed for your BEE certificate application,  together with your application below:

-  Most recent CIPRO / CIPC registration documents

-  Identity documents of all directors and shareholders

-  Proof of shareholding

-  Proof that annual turnover is less that R 10 million

-  Proof of payment of R 390.

NB:  Please remember that as from 1 May 2015 you only need a sworn affidavit to confirm shareholding and turnover  and no longer a EME certificate,  but we still suggest that you make use of it for professional reasons.
