I included this article in the webinar, as do believe that when you have a healthy body your will have a healthy mind.  To become your best version you need a healthy mind, ready to absorb and process information on a daily basis.  A healthy body consist of fitness training of at least three time a week.

I don’t have to be strenuous, even though I would encourage you to push your abilities and limits from regularly. Although fitness training is important, to have a healthy body you would also need to eat lean predominantly.

Below some examples of lean eating products:


Fluids

  • Water
  • Green Tea (Try to find leaves)
  • Buchu Tea (Try to find leaves)
  • Avoid any form of soda,  juice or other types of soft drinks.

Food (Fresh produce as far as possible)

  • Salmon or other fish
  • Chicken breast fillets
  • Ostrich is a very lean source of red meat
  • Broccoli
  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Mushrooms
  • Asparagus
  • Olives
  • Avocado
  • Eggs
  • Green apples (Granny Smith)
  • Rye bread
  • Limited amounts of plain nuts (unsalted)
  • Avoid or limit bread and pasta products as far as possible
  •  

Spices and seeds

  • Fresh chilies
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Chia seeds
  • Linseeds


This is a very limited list, but it does give you an idea of the better leaner food products. I am definitely no dietitian, and would advise you to speak to an expert to assist you with healthy eat plan suitable to your lifestyle.  Most importantly, get into the habit of living a healthy eating lifestyle and not opt into diets from time to time.  Diets are not sustainable, but a healthy eating lifestyle can become a habit to maintain continuously.

 

I have competed in various sports in my life, but it was in martial arts that I learned to eat really lean leading up to competition. I some instances losing almost 10kg for a competition. It was in these times that I also delivered the most creative and productive work in my business.  As your body is in its best state it promotes a healthy clear mind, with you being super productive. 

 

Apart from healthy eating habits, fitness training will also boost your productive levels.  This will happen for a variety of reasons.  Exercise improve your self esteem, which in itself will increase your productivity level in your business. 

Your body also release body chemicals called endorphins, which makes you feel positive.  Further to this, endorphins are natural painkillers for the body.

The body also releases Serotonin, when it performs an aerobic exercise.  Serotonin is the key hormone that regulates your mood, prevents depression and let you feel happy.    

Dopamine is a neurotransmitter, responsible for sending messages between the brain and different nerve cells of the body.  Dopamine improves your mood and long-term memory.
